A gem in the heart of Tbilisi

The staff were exceptionally helpful, offering local tips that made our stay memorable. Being close to vibrant restaurants was a delightful bonus for evening outings.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, as the trash was not emptied regularly. Also, the Wi-Fi connection could be unreliable at times.

Good location near tourist spots. Spacious rooms with good furniture and view.

AC not functioning properly leading to cold rooms, malfunctioning TV, and unreliable hot water. Wifi disconnects often, and cleanliness sparked complaints about unemptied trash bins.

unreliable hot water

The location is a major plus, really close to major tourist spots and two metro stations. The view from my room was a nice perk too. However, several things brought down the experience. The room didn’t smell fresh, which made it uncomfortable at times. AC didn't function well, leaving the room cold. Hot water was unreliable. I had to deal with that almost every day. Cleanliness was another issue. the trash in the room wasn't emptied until I reminded them. Additionally, the staff had trouble understanding English, which made simple requests feel complicated. The Wi-Fi was often disconnected, which was frustrating. Overall, while the price was affordable, the lack of basic amenities and service consistency made the stay less enjoyable.
